Bruce appeared as Mr. Omura in the MK play Teahouse of the August Moon. Bruce also was the manager of the soccer team; you can see him in the photos in the Sports album on this site. The picture here was sent to me when I heard from his former wife when she contacted me a couple years ago. This is what she wrote: "I was married to Bruce for almost 20 years. He passed away at the age of 42 from cancer. Leaving me and our two children behind. Thank You so much for sharing this. In spite of the polio he had as a child he never let anything get in his way. When he passed away he was a purchasing agent for a large Pest Control company in Orlando."

Indeed, Bruce did not let anything get in his way. He was always with us at soccer games, a true teammate. He had a word of encouragement and a broad smile for all of us. I’m sorry to learn of his early passing.
